I think that BIR will get you back to that little area but I am not sure that Fairy Very Wise will be there. BIR is the beginning of th final battle sequence but not where the action happens. I am not sure that you need to go back there. I dont think the quest starts until you talk with the Queen and the Tooth Fairy. Good Luck
