I put like offers for 5 things in the morning but usually only end up buying 1 or two of them. I pay like below med, and then sell at med. Should I be doing something different?

How long will it take flipping, and is it normal to make about 1m a day flipping with 100m or should I be making more.

Mage books are going for trade last I checked, and arcanes are going for above street.

I have about 100m and I'm not quite sure what to do with it. I already have 95 Prayer and 92 Herblore. I have enough runes to barrage to 88 summoning. Any skill goals or item goals would be useful.
