(copied from tip.it walk - thru) "(the actual point you must use the feed on is near the fence, low down on the tower)" Point that worked for me with the feed was the northern most part of the fence... near the hut that houses the teleport lever (to deep wildy). During some recent update of RS it seems that one step in Biohazard has been eliminated... (as quoted from tip.it walk thru) "After talking with Elena head over to Omart (west of Carnillean mansion, southwest of castle), who will tell you that you'll have to talk with Jerico about something to distract the guards. Jerico will just send you back to Omart because he's too busy feeding his pigeons. While at Jerico's, search his cupboard to find some pigeon feed, and go around back and take a pigeon cage." (latest) Elena sends you directly to Jerico first, bypassing the first encounter with Omart. So far quest continues as normal after that.
