Any clue if the RoW affects Draconic Visage Drops?

Okay, I've got a few questions for you guys today...if you cant answer all of them then just gimme advice about some of them :P All questions are about killing Black Dragons through ranging 1. Should i use black dragon hide armor, or full void 2. should i invest in an archers ring or use ring of wealth 3. should I use "Accurate" or "Rapid" style while attacking 4. Would a Ranging potion benefit me much? (range lvl 72) Thanks guys!
