Today I got a elite clue and found a possible location for the 25 pace, elite orb scan clue that is not yet on the treasure trails list. The area where you have to dig is just south west of the wilderness agility training area in the snowy area. If you look on the world map the dig area is literally in the area under the words that say: Frozen Waste Plateau.
