I find changing task sometimes puts me off going back to train; but I'll think about it

I'm wondering where I should raise my defence to 99, whilst making decent money and preferably getting charms; I've been at abyssals for a while and I don't know if that's the best spot (not too interested in green dragons either, as a lot of people seem to bot there) (completed most quests if that's an issue for an area) Tips and advice on a good gold/xp area, would be greatly appreciated cheers ~
