The only fun things to do in f2p are FOG,GOP and bounty and pvp worlds. I guess clan wars can be pretty fun too. If you want to train a skill the better skills to train are dungeoneering and woodcutting because they are somewhat fun. Woodcutting only because you can click on a tree and go do something else for a few minutes before you cut down a yew tree. If you are really bored you could do the lumbridge achievement diary but you probably did that already. Fighting hellhounds and greater demons can also be fun for a small while.
