ROW's do not effect secondary drops ie. charms, vissy, or any drop that can come WITH normal loot. So you may get a water rune, two ranarrs, and a crim. ROW DOESN'T effect the water rune, cos its an always drop. ROW DOES effect the ranarrs, cos they are your loot ROW DOESN'T effect the crim, cos its secondary. :) P.S Yes, you can get d bones, d legs and visage in one drop :P
