I got my account back. The username has been changed, and the account has member credit. How did they change the user name? Also, I feel quite bad if someone is paying to use member credit and they don't get it

I have heaps of the old recovery questions, old passwords, old member pins.. stuff like that. So it all counts for nothing?

Hey, so, I need to recover a very old account. I started my account in 2001, so it has heaps of old stuff on it like holiday drops you can't get anymore. Plus also some good levels. I quit playing Runescape a few years ago. I tried about a week ago to look up my old account, with no luck. Jagex says it isn't locked, but the account exists nowhere. I tried doing some recovery stuff and the recovery questions had been changed since I quit playing. Is there anything I can do to get this account back? Pleeease help me, it would be much appreciated :smile:
