I cant say any thing about the 1 hitting yet, I've tried to kill her about 10 times already and now I have gone to the forums, but I can definitely say that if you attack all the way to the right or the left your nights do not get hit. But I will try that defiler tip. I keep dying cause I run out of special attack bar, and my herb-lore level isn't quite there yet to be able to make one. (are there any other items that can restore special attack bar? that hopefully can be purchased)

Thank you for that Link! here is proof I started the quest! you can see 68 construction not crossed off, and that the quest is started, plus you see my levels. Here is proof that I finished quest! How ever it did not work with the void stares back. :wall:

Ok I just finished this quest!!! and I have only 65(well now 66) construction! yay! now I can level construction easierly Ok this is what you have to do! after you already started the quest the way I said in my first post. 1st. Make your home in rimmington 2nd. Have a few of those chipped house tablets made. 3rd. During the part when you have to make golem, go to you house, boost your construction(use same tactic) 4th. Get out of your house via portal run to wise old man, and crack a tablet 5th. Hurry and run to the crafting table and you will be making the guy, I didnt fail once, if you do every thing as fast as you can like your life depended on it(my heart was racing, dont ask me why) you will make the golem.

I just wanted to add that this quest is possible to start with only 65 construction! All you need to do is a build teak shelfs(2) in your kitchen. make tea and fill up 2 cups, drink one, and you will have a plus 3 boost to construction(because you don't know when the boost goes down, it could be that very second, wait for it to go down a point) then drink tea again, and teleport to draynor village and run to Mabel and start quest asap! I have a picture for proof, but I don't know how to upload it to this site. (I don't know why its asking for a url, the screen shot is saved into my computer) Oh and I think this would be a great addition to the tips and tricks part of the quest, and I would love to get properly credited into the page. :) acount name is akim-ka :)
