well unless your saying that the update posted by jagex has anything to do with his guide i stand by what ive said. He posted the update, he never altered his guide.

You read the guide. 'you cannot capture the enemys flag without having your flag. ' yep.

Just some points. meds give 20% energy, so if you have a full load of meds u can keep running for ages. You no longer need to have your own teams flag in the stand in order to score.
