    Why do I lag so bad on HD? I know its not my internet i have the best suddenlink offers.. An i only get 20 or below FPS in HD.

    Im getting 30-40 on average, but goes down to 15-30 sometimes. How can i get more FPS? The reason i want more is cause my computer lags on HD, If i get more FPS would that help? Im using, Dell inspiron 2009, Windows 7, 2G ram, 4g Memory.
