    They changed it. Along time ago people would change they're stats on their screen only. So it would show 99/99 for everystat, but for jagex and every other player it was still 1/1.

    A move away from a Java application, with some what better graphics, more depth, and ability to communicate ingame via microphone. Little wild request, but hell so is even thinking about RS3.
