Is dark bow worth the cost? or is it better to stay with magic shortbow? how many places are abailable to using cannon on slayer task and what's the average cost/hour for cannon balls?

what are some easy 99's cost-wise and exp-wise i do not have a lot of money but i might start going to 99 wc... is it still fastest to do pyramid plunder to lvl 99 thieving? how long would it take to get 99 firemaking and what's the fastest way? cheapest/fastest way to get 99 cooking? (currently 70)

my skill levels:

1. Are there new ways to make money through combat which do not necessarily rely on other skills? 2. any way to make money through herblore? 3. should i keep my bandos and armadyll armor? (the one you get as drops from them) - i'm not a pk'er so i don't see a lot of use in them since torag's better stat-wise 4. fastest way to go from 57-65 agility with the lowest amount of risk? 5. any new random events i have to be aware off? 6. any new achievement capes? 7. best place to train magic while casting fire bolt?
