Ha yeah sorry could of made it a bit easier to understand =P. But like yeah on the website under the "Tools" section or something, a plain cape with colors next to it and when you click the color the corresponding color appears on the cape etc, so you can customize your own Max/ Completionist cape on here before you obtain one in RS or something. Just a cool little idea I thought of =P.

Not sure if it's been suggest before, hope it hasn't otherwise this topic is basically a waste. But I came up with the idea yesterday of possibly having a tool that allows you to customize a Max/ Completionist cape, like the colors which is has? I'm personally going for a Max cape and it'd be cool to check out the colors I can make it? Don't really think it'd be a hard tool to make but then again, I'm no coder so :P. Anyway if you think it's a good idea post a comment below and vote on the poll!
