im looking to start doing the quests that have come out whilst i was on my break but dont have the lvls to do Ritual of the Mahjarrat dose anyone know if you can boost the skills? thank you

im back from a 1year break to find i have been hacked in this time a few friends helped me out and sorted me out armour and a whip but now i would like to start making some money before i camped at abbys but whips are now not worth the time i cant do big bosses as my computers slow so what do i kill?
