  1. First off I'd like to say I've been using tip-it for many years now and have enjoyed it a lot. I also have been trying to help out with corrections (under different display names) I am saying this to state I'm not some ragehappy guy with anger issues, hah. Just providing the following information, so that other people won't face the same problems as me. However, the quest help for 'The giant dwarf' pissed me off, badly. There are a few major flaws, all concerning those company (Consortium) directors. Firstly I think at the Required/Suggested item it *should* be stated that one needs a rather large amount of 'bars' (the ores are obtainable from the blast furnace, so not as necessary to be said) I, myself, walked quickly through the quest, being helped as always by the quest guide, until the Consortium part. I kinda was disappointed it wasn't stated before I would need ores for the quest. However, going to the blast furnace and buying 28 ores got me into the option to talk to the director quite quickly, so that wasn't the worst part. (Also the tip on refreshing your task without losing 'honor' to a company was very helpful). One thing that should be mentioned, but is lacking from the quest guide is that when you fail the first task given by the company director, you will not be able to receive a new task from the director, instead you will have to collect ores one more time. I only just traveled to Keldagrim for the first time so had no clue that the 'furnace' icon on the minimap was actually the "Blast furnace", which I could not work yet (didn't have 30 agility). This made me accept a task of the director, for which I lacked the bars (as I thought I could just buy ores downstairs and smelt them). Then when I failed the quest, I had to do some ore buying AGAIN to be able to talk to the director. This was only a 10 minute set-back, so not THAT bad, but I think it should just be mentioned in the guide that --- when you fail the first task given by the company director, you will not be able to receive a new task from the director, instead you will have to collect ores one more time.--- By this time I was disappointed by the lacking information on the quest guide, but at least it was better than having no guide at all. Then the biggest flaw of the guide showed up. (This one pissed me really off, hah) I bought ores again, to be able to talk to the director. I had some silver, gold and steel bars on the bank, so did a few tasks for the director (the first 5 I think were to collect those kinds of bars). Then quite a few times in a row the director asked me for different bars than those I had. I used the 'trick' to get a new task 'without losing honor'..... Until after a few tasks, which I walked away off 'without losing honor' I got the message the director wasn't interested in talking to me anymore.... Basically I lost quite a few bars, a lot of time and my temper there. (This means I have to go and buy a whole new load of bars at the GE, then get back to Keldagrim by walking from Seers Village, then do some ore-collecting tasks again, then start over with the bar-collecting tasks. Please heed other Tip.it users from the same path as I followed. Following this quest guide I lost gold and like an hour of my time and my temper, hah. -In the beginning of the guide it SHOULD state that ores and bars are required (possible click-able and linking to the part of the quest where it explains the ore/bar-collecting). -It SHOULD state that failing the director's tasks can take away the possibility to receive tasks from him and 'demote' you to ore-collecting. -It MUST!!! be stated that the 'walk away before clicking next when receiving a task' WILL result in loss of 'honor' from directors!!! Thank you for reading my post and I hope you will take my words into account. Kind regards (lately in the bestiary and items guide known as) - frank
