    I am doing PKing at f2p servers so I want to keep my attack and defense at 40. Why isn't pest control the best method? It might not have the highest xp/hr but you gain less constitution that way.

    Here are my stats: So basically I quit years ago when I got bored to the game, now it feels interesting again. The problem is I am totally lost in the updated, HD RuneScape. How should I make money? What's the best gear I can get? Rune set + rune scimitar? What's the best way to train strength and ranged? The last time I trained it, I did it at pest control :) is it still the best method? Does it even exist anymore?! xD Thanks in advance.
