I am looking for a clan that is regulated with a sociocratic / direct democratic government. A more decentralized authority would allow for discussion of real life controversial issues which would be preferably in game & discussed openly with few constraints at a somewhat more lower level in status and not among high ranking members which may occur without a more collective decision making process.
