whats a good way to make money with my stats and shud i get rapier or boncrusher first

right now i have full maples and the rest on coal...

i wanna kill some fiends for some charms but i need to know a good setup and weapon that still allows me to train def using crush D: Stats: 80 attack 79 strength 88 defence 85 hp 69 summoning so whats good?

im currently going for 99 defence and i need some cash. What should i camp? i was thinking dwogres but then decided that a dragon pickaxe is wayyy to rare of a drop to hope for. 80 attack 80 strength 88 def 84 hp :) and lastly 76 slayer. id prefer to camp something easy but with good drops. I'm thinking about grotworms but theres so many bots i dont know :/ P.S. effigies would be a nice drop as well :)!
