I have verified in excel that the tactician, leader, and other % traits work. I was using a captain with leader and tactician and a jade golem with leader, no other crew, as a test item and everything was within 0.2 of the expected value, which given the rounding is pretty close. Any thoughts on how multiple traits like that are going to be displayed? I expect it will not be easy to make it user friendly. :? Otherwise, the calculator has been an absolutely brilliant help.

I was trying to set up a decent crew that would have a good chance for success but was unable to move any of the crew around between the 2 ships. Is a crew supposed to be locked in once it is organized? I did find that if Ship 1 had 5 crew and I dismissed one, the left most crew member from ship 2 moved upward to ship 1. That is a way to optimize the crew for ship 1 but is very wasteful. Is there another way to optimize the crew?
