  1. I am posting this here so my post on the official rs forums might get more attention.... I find that its odd how players that are higher lvls get no more specials than lower levels...and that specials are pretty slow to come around...and that it is odd that pkers can just run up to u and special you dead before you know it, but here i have a solution. The solution: ------------- The special bar should become a bar that has a 100% max. And to gain specials you would have to use a normal attack on a monster\person to raise your special bar. Thus making higher levels(doing more damage) get more specials. But specials for each item stays the same percentage to use. So higher levels can't store something like 20 specials in their bar and KO someone easy. And to make things easier for people to ssee if they can use a special, there would be a vertical line on top of your special bar showing you if you could use a special yet. One last thing is that your specials don't get up your specials themselves making it so you don't special over and over.... The percentage of special percentage compared to your damage would be 25% of your hits rounded up. So if you hit a: 1 you get 1% special 4 you get 1% special 5 you get 2% special and so on. There will be a 1 minute time limit after you are out of combat before your special goes down 1% a second. If u agree with my suggestion, please say that on the official runescape forums.
