Just tried it again - Didn't even need to use the staff server. It seems this problem resolves itself at certain times of the day, so I'm guessing the server is experiencing lag at peak times, or I am. Thanks for the help.

Pretty sure it used to, though.. Edit2: Running as administrator makes no difference, either :C Edit3: Seems to be resolved now. Nothing changed on my end, however.

Since the 24th Feb update, every time I try and install I get the following message; I've never had this issue before and I've been using Swiftkit since about 2008? Anyway, if I then close the installer and open it again, it does a little bit more progress before giving me the message again.

This. I had problems even accessing the 07 game due to an issue between Java 7-15 and Win8, and when I submitted a technical query Jagex even told me to downgrade, which worked perfectly.

Hmm. Yeah, both Swiftkit & the Droplogger were open, and I simply switched my pc off without bothering to close them off. That might've been it. Edit: Tried twice, and I can't seem to replicate it. :/ Sorry.

Heya, I've had a problem where I can't find my drop logs. I can't access them when I go to Utilities - Misc, and they're also not in the droplogs.ini file. This is the second time this has happened to me, is there a way I can get them back?
