    tried that. did not work. I fixed th problem by simply uninstalling and re-installing the software. Works flawlessly now. Thanks!

    yeah same issue. restarted it and it was the first thing i clicked on when i logged onto my computer

    this is all i got from the debug file... [27/02/2013 10:10:51 AM] Starting up... [27/02/2013 10:10:51 AM] Already a launcher instance running....exiting... "Thefile swiftkit needs to update is currently in use, please xit any other instances of swiftkit.... click YES for swiftkit to close these for you" I click YES and this pops up "70-permission denied. critical error while checking for updates. update process aborted, if this continues please let us know on the forums."
