I've turned on "Mouse over text" on in the custom graphics menu, but all the names are still blue. Am I missing something?

all of my f2p bank space has been stolen since last weeks update and since I cant sell off my members items too find out whats f2p now. Is there a easy way too figure out what items are f2p?
