i want this pic and on top doing from the botten left corner to the top right looking like someone posted over the whole thing with a stamp that said ownage also make it the right size :)

how do i do amimation and if i take rs screenshots and i dont want the backround how do i get just the thing i want?? what about the backrounds?? PLEASE HELP
