I've done both and they haven't worked.

Once I downloaded swiftkit, I received the error 5 message instantly every time I tried to open the application. Every time I check debug.txt to copy and paste my error here, it is completely blank. No matter what I do, debug.txt stays completely blank I appreciate the help, thank you.
