wearing the golden mining boots is +12% bonus, compared to +4% if not wearing them. Varrock armor is 6%. The only way to stack the bonuses is to wear the full armor. Fors choose the extra 8% mining bonus over agility.

varrock armor does not stack with the golden mining suit unless your wearing the complete suit (boots included).

Thanks Licert and Pingouin. Yeah, thats the site I'm using. Main reason I was interested in div and rc was those are the 2 biggest hour eaters.
Anyways, here is a feeble attempt to get back on topic;
I'm only listing those under 5k hours. Why? We're expecting a new skill by the end of the year. 7 months * 30 days / month * 18 hours / day = 3780 hours. I'm interested in who will be at 5.2 when the new skill comes out. If you want more names, click 'like this.' 10 clicks and I'll go 6k hours. I've only checked the top 50 in xp.
Credit for this concept goes to Gemeos (everyone say 'thank you Gemeos' so that his panties don't get in a bunch) as well as Merideth for the calculator.

besides drowns and Y0 sushi, is there any others with high xp but not maxed?
I promised to give a time update once a week, just wondering if there are any others 'off the radar' to check?
Anyone know of someone sitting on 150m xp in div, rc, fish and slay but not even 99 in everything else?

Looks like Forsberg is a few 100k xp away from #3. I really hope Jagex doesn't do one of these buy bxp weeks/weekends when the race to 200m new skill is still on.

I've seen some rc milestone vids (reaching 50m rc, ect), but not sure if he made them or someone else.

God vs Devil -- What part of 'cannot use multi-accounts to gain an advantage' do you not understand?? As you state, 13 of the top 25 used multi-accounts to interact with to gain an advantage in SC. Then those 13 need to be rolled back and loose their xp they gained from multi-account to gain an advantage. They cheated, its that simple. Roll them back. They are not playing within the 'spirit of the game.'

Yes, we all know Drumgun plays how he wants. It's confusing, but it makes sense to him.
The EE guys bug abused. Fact. Multi-accounting to fast quit games is 'not in the spirit' of Runescape. Hope roolbacks happen. Multi accounts are not supposed to interact, using 5 of them to quick quit is bug abuse.
If they used one account in order for another account to gain an advantage, then roll backs. That's clearly stated in rules.

so since drumgun has been in such a huge rush to get 200m smith and agility he has neglected to farm as much as he could. not sure why he cant take 10 minutes out of his day to save himself from having to do livid farm or whatever for 1m xp/day in farm
a) He's always valued doing one thing at a time as efficient (or to max gains) as possible instead of being efficient over all skills.
b) He still does his tree runs.
c) Once he focuses solely on farming, he'll do what he can to get most gains possible.

HaHa, yeah and when he posted the RL vid of him doing math calcs, the replies were nothing but fangirls swooning over his bulge.

Seems like Jagex is burying their hand in the sand. Rules used to be black and white, now they are grey. The only thing they'll aggressively punish is if someone other than them is financially profiting. They're stance of 'If it feels wrong, don't do it',' is laughable. No 2 people have the same set of morals. Using sh boots 'feels wrong,' but its allowed.
And regarding Jacmob, what was his other option besides going to work for Jagex? Getting sued and loosing his house like those 2 brothers? Good for him for cleaning up his own mess.

Didn't suomi post a vid when he was training rc with effigies of Jacmob tellying in and Suomi told him to go away? Same thing happened when Woox and Castle Wars were racing to be the first to get the onyx cape, Jacmab tellied in on Castle wars and screwed him up.

To think, when this thread started, Fors had 115m xp total. 30m of that in RC with also 99 agility and farm. Nuts. He knew what he was doing from the start, got 99 agility to help with RC, then going for 200m RC to build his bank while doing farm runs on the side.
As comparisons, the earliest record of Drumgun on runetrack is from Dec 1, 2009. He was at 1.3b xp with 200m in hunt, attack, and cook all ready. Suomi had 880m xp (Dec 4, 2009) with 200m in fletch and fish, and 160m in agility.
Funny how on page 3 or so of this thread, there's a post saying 'it will be someone we've yet to hear of.'

I recall bluerose having a line of 200 people outside the varrock anvil needing him to make them an r2h. I believe Zezima also made a good chunch of his initial wealth smithing.
