I'll give that a shot, i sent my first email to technical support due to what I assume being a pretty serious bug, not to mention surely im not the only one this has happened too, or maybe I am and this is something that may happen again to others, just be careful of clicking the super september challenge pop up, thats what I did when i first logged in and immediately disconnected.
  2. It won't let me appeal the ban because it is not appealable, also will not show my adventurers log which im presuming is due to me being banned. As to not being refunded due to their T&C i think is complete BS. Especially assuming that I truely am innocent which i am of course. This is just ridiculous, im glad they are breaking down on botting but when I am getting banned after not being able to log into my account for WHO KNOWS WHAT REASON i think is complete BS.
  3. Okay so, I am new to the forums but would like some insight and help as to my issue here. To start off, yesterday 9/9/2013 it was around 8PM (was currently 9/10/2013 for runescape) and I had logged in getting ready to do the super september challenge. I clicked the button to view the super challenge and was IMMEDIATELY disconnected. I then attempted to log back in only to recieve a message stating I was inputting an incorrect password, even though the password was obviously correct. My first thought was that I was hacked, but my account being protected by security questions which are random and have nothing to do with the questions itself and being protected by JAG made me second guess the whole being hacked scenario. I then immediately changed my password after recieving an e-mail from Jagex. Changed my password successfully and again attempted to log back into game. AGAIN I got the same message that I was not using the correct password, so I attempted to change my password again to the same password that I had just changed it too but it wouldn't allow me to do that because it was the same password. I sent an e-mail to jagex regarding my issue and left it for the night. This morning I get up, attempt to log into the game and find my account has been locked. Good news, I wasn't hacked, bad news is I recieved THREE moderate botting bans two of which were "quashed" according to my account status. Now I again sent a message to jagex stating that I was unrighteously banned due to a bug on their side which somehow led to me recieving some type of ban related to botting when I was clearly not logged in or even capable of logging into my account, nor was anyone else logged into it due to it being protected by JAG and I had the password changed about three different times and none of them allowed me to log back into my account. So has this happened to anyone else?? Is there any way I can actually get into contact with Jagex rather than hoping that they see my e-mail and don't send me an automatic message to my message centre? Need some help here because I am very upset with the way this has gone, and am now missing on the super september challenges AND several days of my paid membership which better be getting refunded.
