Im only looking for Laptop (doesn't matter if it is thin or a thick desktop replacement) Also can you elaborate on the Alienware part? I've looked around at different laptops, Alienware 17 is actually quite decent imo. The looks and the specs. Im buying it in Canada. Looking for mainly gaming, movies and browsing internet. I don't plan to carry it around too often, maybe for the occasional trips.

Any suggestions? Looking at around 15 to 17 inch laptop, less than $2k. I'm especially interested in any xmas discounts that is happening right now as I'm looking to buy one immediately. Thanks
