http://www.tip.it/runescape/quests/view/250-world-wakes-the At #17 You encounter the high healing Enakhra. You can defeat her without stopping her heals in a much more safe and less movement relient way. The heal is based on your current HP. The lower you drop the less she hits, so the less she heals from those hits. If you keep your hp under 1000, she will only hit around 10-60. This gives you the opportunity to just outdamage her healing. As long as you don't unterrupt her healing, her hits will be very low. I think it only cost me like 5-10 sharks to finish her off. You could probably use either Guthans or Ancients Magicks to heal yourself in the fight, as long as you don't heal yourself up too much as this will trigger the higher healing part for her too (you will still need to outdamage her healing).
