  1. Increasing my RuneScape FPS

    I'm looking for a way to increase my FPS on RS I'm currently only getting 1-3 FPS but the Specs on my PC should be getting me atlease 20 if not 10. Also Im only about 10 feet away from the router so I know connection isnt an issue Toshiba Laptop Processor: Pentium® Dual-Core CPU T4400 @ 2.20 GHz Slightly over 3GB of RAM 64 Bit Operating System
