Junior ls

About month or 2 working well .. today try log in and got this

I try run on browser on client, still dont work i clear cache and reinstall it still dont work idk what more i can do

Plz help i cant login in to rs or any rsps.. all time got this http://gyazo.com/eb146694247b0e7f4d471e1914147de5 and 5 min more got connect error.. what is this my antivirus is off and firewall is off.. plz help me ?
