I am looking for three more people to start a clan with. I just started playing again so if you are low level, you are more than welcome to help me start up a clan. We will do sinkholes and anything else that my members want to do. Please help me out and lets get this started!!

I am Phoenix gang member and I have a partner helping me with the quest. I did not receive key to trade him so he can get the crossbows. He can get in the room but cannot go up the ladder. What can we do?
