Use the Rod of Ivandis or Silver Sickle (B) to get the new vampires down to less than half of health then use the rod special to hold them and while held before another one attacks use a dose of guthix balance on them and you either will get a lvl 64 you can fight with any weapon or you will free a villager from being a vampyre and they will reward you for freeing them.
