i accidently attack a shaman he dealt 60 damage died and lost everything

ok i got a lv 3 clue that says i have to dig in the ogre country island im to the part were theres a battlement how do i get accrose it to get to the island. And it says thaT I NEED TO FIND A LATTER OF SOME SORT.
