EEK!!! imageready... i used that for a year but got fed up with the poor animation quality of it and switched to macromedia flash MX optimising it helps and lowering frames also helps. if those dont work try changing the type of tween your using. You can also read some guides on optimising .gif

its 700x110 i can send you the .fla if you wnat me too... the problem with imageshack is that it doesnt CROP the images like it should :P (it didnt for axeraider either) if you want to use my banner, tell me asap so that i can make any modifications that you want made :shock:
