Sorry i did not reply, i have been taking a break over christmas. I did contact jagex intially but only to recieve a reply which was vaguely related to my query which in part stated "you will be able to quickly gain the majority of items that have been lost, perhaps even better ones." (Yep, like that isn't a load of .........) Or an automated response telling me to become a member even though i allready was. All in all, i would say jagex have delivered relatively poor customer support, although i expected them to answer in the nature they did, i would have at least liked a response which was personal rather than a general statement about losses of items, after all a lot of us are paying customers and you are entitled to a proper service. If i start to play again, i will probably just create a new character and work his range level up, although i will have to go through the boring process of earning money again. That's the problem with this game, you have to go through a period of boredom before you actually have fun, i thought i'd finished with that... obviously not, looks like it's time to start again, or is it even worth it?
