    Yes I have a house and I already tried that, however I dont think a book becomes available in a player owned house unless the quest is actually completed. I am only half way through the quest. Any other ideas out there?

    IM IN THE MIDDLE OF LEGENDS QUEST AND EVIDENTLY I DROPPED MY BOOK OF BINDING...I WENT BACK TO WHERE I GOT IT BUT CANT SEEM TO RETRIEVE IT, THERE IS NO RESPAWN AND THE GEMS DONT WORK A SECOND TIME. HOW CAN I GET ANOTHER BOOK OF BINDING AS I TRIED TO TRADE WITH SOMEONE AND IT IS AN UNTRADABLE ITEM...PLEASE HELP A FLEDGLING LEGEND
