    In my mind,i believe str. and atk. potions are a necessity-make an NPC char that sells them 4 1k each-but adding herblore to f2p,that would be idiocy Blue dragonhide-that would ruin the balance completely f2p wizard robes-Maybe,but then again it shouldn't be too powerful,as long as it looks kl,i'm fine with it ;) Believe me,i do not enjoy running about in my blue wizzy robe like a street hobo
