If F2P, I`d recommend Catablepons in SOS, that is wheer I trained at your level...

Iron, works very good, if you are ange lvl 80+ I`d recommend bronze as they hit just aswell, but costs alot less...

I prefer the Crandor Lessers, there's a good safespot and there's barely ever anyone there.

I mine adamant in wildy, and averages about 100k-200k in one hour (50 - 100 ores). You might want to try that..?

I suggest you do Dragon Slayer. Very easy quest. And at your level i suggest a trip to Stronghold ov security or wateva its called. They have a selection ov good monsters down there. When your atleast 70 Combat, then i would go to lessers. And while your down the stronghold, drop all the bones you get to raise that prayer.

I would recommend bronzes for training *Points to sig* as they cost much less than irons, while the difference is not that much...

So, tomorrow I will finally get the oh-so-wanted range lvl of mine...
As Skill suggested it will happen in the water altar, because of the nice surroundings.
It will happen at 11 am (GMT) in world 95 and for those who does not have water tiaras or talismans, I will hand these out at the altar...
After the lvl I will go and duel in the arena and I hope that as many as possible will join me on this, we might even go to castle wars if we get enough people to join...
Bring a sweet outfit and good mood as everyone will be forever stuck at my lvl-picture.

Wow! Slow down a bit... I did not at all understand anything of what you just said. Can you please try to rephrase it, and divide it into several sentences? Then I will try to understand it and say my opinion about your problem...

Or you could do like me:
- Spend 20m on 100k iron bars
- Smith 20k iron plates
- Alch 20k iron plates
This got me from lvl 70 - 85 smithing and 70 - 80 magic!
PS: Don't, smithing those plates were not fun...
