what lvl clue u need for rangers new armour and so on

from lvl 1 clues you get studded [t] and [g] stuff(heard from a friend --> francies1) lvl 2 is (think so) green [t] and [g] stuff ;) -
clue says: 'you need to speak to ERR CURE IT' ... does annyone know him or the clue? :)
