can somebody tell me if there is a way i can make a flash sig with the "paint" program that is built into the systems?

3/10, mainly cause there is no background=\ The staff, at first sight to me, looked like a upside-down sword, i guess u could say its because it getts bigger and bigger and its biggest at the "tip" and umm.... u can make it look sorta like the bottom of the rune legs is somewhat burnt, add background, make hands a bit better, and..the "mages" right hand looks upside-down, when it goes out of the sleeve, it goes down, just dont look realistic, can use alot of work, but for no background, i must say its fairly good, sry im being so picky =\ other than all that stuff, good job
