well i was looking at da gap in skill menue and thinking about my new outfit so i decide it would be great skill ''DESIGNING'' for ppl who cares about there outfit.... it would give playa ability 2 make capes robes and hats....also i taught that plyrs could make beretas or cavs at lvl 90 designing [it would need sum not so common items so it wont change these item prices.... PS...thinking about what robe will match D legs [except zammy]
