well, if you have your own server.. you could use the classic portal. its always easy, just upload it in ftp. i suggest to you http://www.power portal.org its fast and easy. or php-nuke.org all easy to use web portals. i use it for my site.

well dark colors black, dark grey, and some orange for letters, its a gaming/clan website if you want to animate it you can, but it up to you.

EXAMPLE SIZE: Size: 400X50 Name: DeadON colors: Dark, black grey ect.. for font maybe red? orange addons: target with a bow and arrow... type of site: Clan/Gaming animation: Yes/no (your choice) and what ever you can think of
