what should i do with the charms, e.g which scroll as i know the mosquito one the 2nd part is like 3.5k per lol !!

i am level 36, low i know. i need to get it to 50 + i only have 10k shards as that is all i could afford at the moment, but i was wondering if anyone had any suggestions as how to get it up the quickest, cheapest and most efficient would be great for some help!! x
