i know it tells me on tỉ̮̦̉.it but i dont know how to get the key

in a town where the guards are armed with maces search the upstairs rooms of the public house .. I have checked this on tip.it but i dont get it. The part where you are supposed to get the key, i dont know where it is .. Thx FruX
