well torags has -30 mage att and dragon chain has -15 mage att but torags has 132 range def and dragon chain has 82... as he said b4 the mage att doesn't really matter so torags is still kinda better

Well for the melee armour you could use veracs armour for prayer and it's better than rune and possibly dragon.. for the mage outfit maybe barrows top would be good cuz it's a lot less risky that using dragon and torags still has better range def (not sure about mage att)
