When your training obby shield would actually save you money by making you need less food, however if you can afford food, use the defender. also if you have guthans, defender is the best because when have full health use whip and defender, then when you need health weild the spear

first of all, the people that pick up arrows waste their time, its much faster to just make your own. second, you have time before other people can see your arrows, so if you care so much PICK UP YOUR DAM ARROWS SOONER! runescape is just a game, if jagex didnt want other people picking up arrows, they would make them never show up to other people. -
any1 out there have smithing to make the rune part of the xbow. let me know if u do in-game and u can get free exp. rabidawg91
