Budget: anywhere from $1 :lol: to 2000 would be good. Monitor: I want a new flat screen monitor. :lol: Speakers: Just bought some new ones. Minimum Specs: Windows Xp, Maybe amd athlon?, a pre installed video card. I live: In the USA 8)
